Terms of Use

Effective 8 November 2026

About these terms

These terms apply to your use of thinkerly.xyz, the website of Thinkerly, an independent software studio. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using the site

You're welcome to browse the site and get in touch with us. Please don't try to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or copy it in bulk with automated tools.

Our content

The text, design and graphics on this site belong to Thinkerly unless we say otherwise. Project names, such as Palta, TriviaPuff and Komana Brewery, and their logos belong to their owners. You may share links to the site, but please ask before reusing our content.

Information only

The site describes what we do in general terms. It isn't an offer to provide services, and contacting us doesn't create a client relationship. Any project we take on is covered by a separate written agreement, which takes priority over anything on this site.

Links to other sites

We may link to other websites and app stores. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

No warranties

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". We can't promise it will always be available, error-free or up to date.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, Thinkerly isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Governing law

Thinkerly is based in North Carolina, United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
